Lady Bobcats headed to Nationals

The Lady Bobcats defeated LSU Eunice in the Region 23 Semifinals by a score of 84-72 and Northwest MS by a score of 94-60.

Despite the absence of Daja Woodard, the team never missed a beat on the court. Guard Destiny Haymer would lead the way for the Lady Bobcats after earning yet another triple double with 21 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds, and forward LaMiracle Sims and guard Jatyjia Jones would combine for 19 rebounds on their own. Jones would also lead the team in points, dropping 23 on 56% shooting from the field. Guard Chyna Allen would also have a day worth noting, scoring 17 points with 4 rebounds and 4 assists.

The girls will now compete in the nationals March 17 in Texas.
